AI Workforce Architect for Small Businesses

Your business has work that AI could be handling.

You know AI could save you time, but figuring out which tools to use, what to connect, and where to begin feels like another job on your already full plate.

I help small business owners identify the repetitive work slowing them down, build two practical AI workflows, and confidently put them to work.

No programming or technical background required.

You don’t need another tool to figure it out.

You need the right work taken off your plate.

You and your team may be spending hours every week following up, searching for information, drafting the same types of communication, organizing scattered details, and trying to remember what needs to happen next.

You know AI could help, but the number of platforms, promises, and possibilities can make it hard to know what would actually be useful inside your business.

That’s where I come in.

I help you identify the work AI can realistically support, then build a practical starting point around the way your business already operates.

This is not about replacing your employees or making your business less personal.

It is about letting AI handle more of the repetitive work so you and your team have more time for relationships, leadership, creative thinking, and growth.

Start with the work costing you the most time.

You do not need to rebuild your entire business overnight.

We will begin with an assessment of what problems you want to address, repetitive tasks, and anything time consuming- this is your wishlist. I will create a plan: how AI will handle it, what the workflow or SOP will be, and how we build it.

01. Explore

We start with a conversation about your business, your current workload, and the tasks you would most like to take off your plate.

Together, we will identify where time is being lost and where AI may be able to make a practical difference.

02. Plan

I will create a focused game plan based on your business, your priorities, and the tools you already use.

You will not receive a generic list of AI platforms to research on your own.

This platform is everything you need in one place. Everything speaks to each other seemlessly.

This list will include the anticipated hours to build the workflows/SOP for each area + the cost if you wanted me to build it out.

03. Build

If the wishlist looks good and you are ready to move forward, I will build your bot. We will sit down together and get all basic connections done together (email, social media, google drive, mail chimp, canva, etc).

With your detailed plan in place, you choose how to move forward. After our training, you are fully capable of getting ALL the things connected yourself (CRMs, Zoom, Slack) and how to get your bot to do complete SOPs from start to finish.

If you decide you need help or just simply don't have the time or desire to do it, I'm here to help.

What could an AI workflow help you do?

Every business is different, so your workflows will be selected based on where AI can create the strongest practical win.

They may help you:

Catch important follow-ups

Surface conversations, contacts, and opportunities that might otherwise fall through the cracks.

Find useful information faster

Search existing client details, documents, notes, or business information without digging through everything manually.

Draft recurring communication

Create a strong starting point for emails, responses, summaries, proposals, and other routine content.

Turn scattered ideas into next steps

Organize meeting notes, voice memos, rough thoughts, and business information into clear actions.

Complete SOPs from start to finish

With one word to your bot, all systems are connected and speak to one another.

Your setup will be based on your business, your tools, and the work you most need help managing.

Business first. AI second.

I am probably not the person you would expect to build a business around AI.

I am not a programmer, and I did not come from a traditional technology background. What I understand is business.

After years of helping companies grow and improve their operations, I began to see how AI could become a practical source of support for small business owners.

I also saw how overwhelming it could feel.

There are countless tools, constant updates, and plenty of advice that assumes you already understand the technology. You should not have to become an AI expert before you can benefit from it.

My job is to understand what is happening inside your business, help you see where AI may be useful, and build a starting point that makes sense for you.

I am also a homeschooling mom of three, a wife of 16 years, and a lifelong supporter of small businesses. I care deeply about people and want every client to walk away feeling heard, supported, and capable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be tech-savvy?

Not at all.

Most of my clients are not programmers or AI experts. I will explain the process in clear language, build your initial workflows, and train you to use them. If you can text with a friend, you can use my bot!

Will AI replace my employees?

No.

I believe businesses are strongest when people and AI work together. AI can support repetitive, administrative, and information-heavy work so your team can focus on relationships, problem-solving, customer service, and leadership. This bot is a task rabbit. Your brain + AI is where the magic happens.

How do you decide which workflows to build?

I start with your business, not with the tools.

We will talk about where you are losing time, what you repeatedly do by hand, and what you would most like to offload. I will then recommend the strongest opportunities for you and your bot to work on your business.

Will I need to replace my current software?

This typically replaces all of your current AI sources. You will not need Claude, Perplexity, etc. There are other AI sources that may enhance your work that you may choose to use still (I love PostSyncer for example) and we can connect them as well. But generally, the platforms that this bot is built with will replace the need of your current setup.

How is this any different than Claude?

Claude's connectors are genuinely useful. But a connector is a hand, not a workforce. Nothing connects the connectors: your inbox doesn't automatically become your CRM's follow-up, which doesn't become your morning report, which doesn't reach out to the client. With connectors, YOU'RE the integration, the human middleware moving context between apps. What I build is the layer above: agents that hold the whole workflow, move work between your systems on their own, run on a schedule whether you're watching or not, remember the mission for weeks, and escalate to you only when human judgment is actually needed.

Can't Claude just follow my SOP across all my apps?

Not the way you're imagining. Connectors give AI hands in each platform. But a multi-step SOP needs one owner for the whole sequence: a trigger that starts it, steps that flow across platforms in order, a check that each step actually happened, retries when one fails, and a log showing exactly where any run stopped. With connectors, the process only moves when someone keeps prompting it. And the moment a step fails mid-chain, it dies silently until a human notices. What I build owns the SOP end to end: it fires on its own, walks across every platform in order, verifies each step landed, escalates to you only where judgment is needed. Also, never loses the thread.

Do I have to know how to write a good prompt?

Not at all. Unlike every other AI platform, this one is like texting a friend. You can spell things wrong, go out of order, and not have a perfect prompt and you will still get a great product.

Want to get a feel for how it works?

Try it out here!

The text conversations are based in Telegram. Try asking it how it could help you with xyz. If it can connect to xyz. You'll quickly see how easy it is to use!

This sounds to be too good to be true! Will it actually work in my industry?

This bot is for any industry and truthfully, everyone should be using it. Small businesses especially. You are expected to strong arm every "department" yourself because you can't hire them all yet. This will give you the AI workforce you need to move to the next level. It's capabilities are applicable to everyone.

If you're an established company, this could propel your team to the next level. I've set this up for multiple companies and continue to be excited by what it can do- the possibilities are endless!
